Friend Referral Rules

   

To ensure the fair, orderly, and compliant operation of the Friend Referral Program, all participants must comply with the following rules.

   

1. Program Rules

Referral activities must comply with platform rules and applicable laws and regulations. If any participant is found to have engaged in improper or fraudulent conduct, Hotcoin reserves the right to disqualify the participant and reclaim any rewards that have already been distributed.

All referrals must be shared using official referral methods provided by the platform, including referral links, referral codes, QR codes, or promotional posters. Any unauthorized modification, tampering, or forgery of referral materials may result in disqualification and forfeiture of all rewards.

Hotcoin reserves the right to disqualify participants, revoke rewards, recover previously distributed rewards, and pursue further action where applicable, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

(1) Using illegal or improper methods to invite users;

(2) Obtaining improper benefits;

(3) Posting spam advertisements or conducting unauthorized promotions;

(4) Causing financial losses, reputational damage, or customer complaints to the platform;

(5) Registering accounts using false identity information;

(6) Engaging in wash trading, volume manipulation, or malicious arbitrage activities;

(7) Using bots, scripts, crawlers, or other automated tools to participate in the program;

(8) Registering or trading through multiple accounts using the same or similar IP addresses or devices;

(9) Inducing participation through reward-farming platforms, rebate groups, or similar channels;

(10) Invited users engaging in abnormal bulk trading or short-term arbitrage activities;

(11) Violating the principles of honesty, fairness, and good faith;

(12) Any other conduct that violates applicable laws, regulations, or platform rules.

  

2. Miscellaneous

Hotcoin reserves the right of final interpretation of these Program Rules and may adjust, suspend, or terminate the program at its sole discretion based on actual circumstances.
