An internal transfer allows users to send assets directly to other Hotcoin users without going through the blockchain. This enables faster settlement and zero transaction fees.
Follow these steps to complete your internal transfer:
1. Log in to the Hotcoin official website, move your cursor to the Assets icon in the upper-right corner, and click Withdraw
2. On the Withdraw page, select the asset you wish to withdraw from the Select Crypto dropdown list (e.g., USDT)
3. Click Internal Transfer, then choose a Transfer Method (Email / Mobile Number / UID).
- To add or manage recipient information, click the Address Book icon to the right of the recipient account input box and follow the on-screen instructions in the pop-up window
4. Enter the transfer amount in the Withdrawal Amount field and click Withdraw
5. In the pop-up window, review and confirm the transfer details, then click Confirm
6. Complete the required security verification (e.g., SMS, email, or Google Authenticator), then click Confirm
7. After submission, the assets will be credited to the recipient’s Hotcoin account instantly

- Internal transfers are only available between registered Hotcoin users.
- Please double-check the transfer method, recipient account information, and amount before submitting.
- Transfers are typically credited instantly and generally cannot be reversed or refunded once completed.
- If you enter incorrect recipient information, the assets may be irretrievable. Please proceed with caution.
